How automatic renewal works
Weekly and annual plans are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel or manage through Apple
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Calculator Lock, and make changes there.
Restore a purchase — inside the app
If Premium is missing after reinstalling or switching devices, restore it in the app:
Open Calculator Lock.
Tap Private Vault and enter your vault code.
Open Safety Center.
Select the Membership section.
Tap "Restore Purchases."
Stay signed into the Apple Account originally used for the purchase.
Troubleshooting
- Restore finds nothing: confirm you're signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase (Settings → your name).
- Purchase interrupted: wait a minute, then try Restore Purchases — StoreKit usually completes pending transactions automatically.
- Family Sharing: whether Premium is shareable is shown by Apple on the product page at purchase time.
- Billing questions or refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Still stuck?
Include your plan type and roughly when you purchased — never your calculator code.
