How do I open the private vault?
Enter your calculator code as the current entry, tap equals, and complete iOS biometric authentication. A discreet gesture can also start biometric access.
Is my content uploaded?
No. Your vault content is encrypted and stored on your device. There's no account, developer content server, or cloud backup at launch, so Calculator Lock does not upload it to NaviStack.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes its local container, which can permanently remove your vault content. Run Complete Export and verify the exported files before uninstalling.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Complete Export is free, includes notes, and preserves folder structure. Individual and selected export are available for supported media and files.
What happens when Premium expires?
Existing content, recovery, export, organization, and deletion remain available. An existing decoy vault remains accessible; free limits block new decoy items, and no new intruder photos are captured.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Calculator Plus, enter your calculator code to open the main vault, go to Safety Center → Membership, and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Does Calculator Lock lock other apps?
No. Calculator Lock protects the photos, videos, files and notes you store inside its own vault. It does not lock or hide other apps on your device.
Can support recover my calculator code or recovery key?
No. Calculator Lock generates the recovery key locally and prompts you to save it. A biometric-protected copy may remain on this iPhone for viewing in Safety Center, but NaviStack does not receive it and support cannot bypass the vault.
